The ACPR Sanctions Commission sanctions the Tunisian Foreign Bank (TFB)

"On 18/10/2024, the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority issued an update regarding "The ACPR Sanctions Commission sanctions the Tunisian Foreign Bank (TFB)". The Commission of sanctions has sanctioned the bank for its serious internal control weaknesses. A total of €1.7 million in fines was imposed by the commission on the Tunisian Foreign Bank (TFB) due to severe breaches of risk management, governance and capital adequacy. The decision will be published in the ACPR's official registry for five years."
