"On 14 November 2023, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) issued 45 infringement notices to InstantScripts for alleged unlawful advertising of prescription-only medicines on its website. The TGA has withdrawn these notices as part of a settlement with InstantScripts. InstantScripts agreed not to make material changes to its online service until June 30, 2025 or further guidance is published by the TGA."
