"On 20/08/2025, the Superintendence of Private Insurance (Superintendência de Seguros Privados – SUSEP) issued an update regarding "Susep publishes normative with referential conditions for rural insurance plans submitted to the economic subsidy of the award". This resolution aims to optimize the use of public resources in the federal subsidy, reducing asymmetries of knowledge between insurers and farmers, and increasing the quality of contracts. The new norm will take effect on 01/09/2025."
