"On "09/12/2024", the "Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT)" issued an update regarding "Supply and demand trends for major construction materials in November were balanced for all surveyed materials - Results of the survey on supply and demand and price trends for major construction materials (as of November 1st to 5th, 2024)". According to the survey, prices remained stable, supply and demand were balanced, and inventory levels were normal across all surveyed materials.
