The Commission approved several merger applications, including Haier's acquisition of Electrolux South Africa, Sappi Southern Africa Limited's acquisition of 15 hardwood pulpwood plantations, and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines' acquisition of Gearbulk Holding AG, among others, subject to certain conditions."
