"On August 01, 2025, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner issued an update regarding Statement on closure of preliminary inquiries with I-MED Harrison.ai and Annalise.ai". The Commissioner closed preliminary inquiries with I-MED Radiology Network Limited, Harrison.ai, and Annalise.ai following media reports in September 2024, finding that patient data shared with Annalise.ai was sufficiently de-identified to no longer be personal information for the purposes of the Privacy Act.
