On 15 July 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/19641. The Decision amends Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 in order to facilitate principled humanitarian action by impartial humanitarian actors. The Decision introduces humanitarian exceptions that exempt certain organisations and agencies acting as humanitarian partners of the Union from the prohibition to make funds or economic resources available
