"On 17/04/2024, the Competition Commission issued an update regarding Stakeholders invited to comment on the amendments to the Automotive Aftermarket guidelines". The proposed amendments aim to align the Guidelines with the Commission's final Guidelines on Exchange of Competitively Sensitive Information and expand the definition of "Spare Parts" to include accessories. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments by 14 May 2024.
