"On 03/02/2025", the European Commission and EUIPO announced the opening of The SME Fund, a subsidy program for European SMEs to exercise their intellectual property rights. This year's program allows up to €7 reimbursement on IP title deposits, including trademark, design, and patent filings, with four checks available for accumulation.
