Six Charged in Scheme to Defraud the Federal Government

"On October 9 and 16, a federal grand jury in Baltimore returned indictments against two defendants in connection with schemes to rig bids, defraud the government, and pay bribes and kickbacks related to IT products and services sold to federal government purchasers." The US Department of Justice's Antitrust Division has charged six defendants with antitrust crimes that resulted in overcharges of millions of dollars to the U.S. government.
