La crescita interessa tanto i contratti aziendali (+19,7%) quanto quelli territoriali, passati da 613 a 1.529 (+149,4%) in un anno. Tra i 9.421 contratti attivi, 7.446 si propongono di raggiungere obiettivi di produttività, 5.777 di redditività, 4.752 di qualità, mentre 1.023 prevedono un piano di partecipazione e 5.758 prevedono misure di welfare aziendale.

Il valore annuo medio del premio è pari a 1.470,56 euro per lavoratore beneficiario. Su questo importo, dal 2023, si applica un’aliquota per l’imposta sostitutiva del 5%. Il Governo ha scelto di incentivare la produttività dimezzando la tassazione rispetto al passato, prima attraverso l’articolo 1, comma 63, della legge di bilancio 2023 (legge n. 197/2022) e, poi, con la conferma inserita nell’articolo 1, comma 18, della Manovra 2024 (legge n. 213/2023).
