"On May 15, 2025, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) issued an update regarding SG/CADE recommends challenging amendments to network sharing agreements between TIM and Telefônica. The Superintendência-Geral decided to submit the aditivos contratuais related to the RAN Sharing agreement to the Tribunal da autarquia for final decision, recommending approval only for 224 municipalities where implementation is technically justifiable."
