"On 11/04/2025, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) issued an update regarding Sentencing: The first ever UK prosecution of Russian sanction breaches. Dmitrii Ovsyannikov and his brother Alexei were sentenced to 40 months imprisonment and 15 months imprisonment suspended for 15 months respectively, for breaching financial sanctions and money laundering offences related to Russia."
