On September 21, 2023, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued an update regarding Security Engineers, Inc. to Pay $1.6 Million in EEOC Sex Discrimination Lawsuit. The company, a contract security solutions provider in Alabama, will pay $1.6 million and provide other relief to settle a sex discrimination lawsuit filed by the EEOC, alleging that Security Engineers engaged in sex discrimination when denying security officer jobs and assignments to women since at least 2017.
