On September 9, 2024, the Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) initiated a review of the Rules of Practice and Procedure. The objective is to deliver updated regulations that align with the CER Act, enhance competitiveness through predictable processes, and modernize practices and procedures. A Discussion Paper has been posted seeking feedback from stakeholders on potential amendment areas and improvements by December 9, 2024 (extended to January 31st, 2025).
