Основными изменениями являются отмена льготы по уплате пошлин за обращение в Федеральную службу по интеллектуальной собственности (Роспатент) в электронной форме (скидка 30%), а также увеличение пошлин за действия с объектами интеллектуальной собственности в диапазоне от 10 до 15%.
