On 13/08/2025, the Fair Work Ombudsman issued an update regarding Right to disconnect for small business employees starts 26 August. The right to disconnect will apply to employees of small business employers from 26 August 2025, giving them the right to refuse monitoring or responding to work-related contact outside working hours unless unreasonable.
