On October 16, 2024, the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security issued an update regarding Revisions to the Unverified List. This final rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding eight persons to the Unverified List (UVL), including three under China, two under Germany, one under Pakistan, and two under Türkiye, while removing two persons from the UVL, both under China and Saudi Arabia respectively.
