"On December 05, 2024, the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal and Print Media Distribution (Arcep) issued an update regarding Regulation of fixed markets - Unbundling tariff: Arcep proposes to maintain for 2026-2028 the level of the 2024-2025 tariff framework for access to the copper local loop subject to the obligation of cost orientation. This decision aims to regulate fixed market prices, specifically the tariff for accessing the copper local loop."
