Regulation of fixed high and very high speed broadband markets

On December 14, 2023, the ARCEP decided to extend the analysis decision for the market of generalist access activated offers, known as the "3b" market. The ARCEP then adopted a decision to lift the regulation on the 3b market with a transitional period maintaining existing remedies until March 31, 2026, imposing obligations on Orange and other operators during this time. This decision follows a year-long analysis of the market's evolutions.
