"On 26/02/2025, the National Consumer Protection Agency issued an update regarding the alleged case of Pertamina's BBM corruption, stating that it can be a disadvantage to consumers. The agency claimed that Pertamina's actions had resulted in consumers being deceived and having their rights under the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK) violated, as they were sold lower-quality fuel at a higher price."
