On 10/02/2025, the Federal Tax Service (FTS) issued an update regarding Reception of electronic power of attorney according to the format of version 5.01 ceases. From March 1, 2025, tax authorities will no longer accept powers of attorney in the 5.01 format, and taxpayers can only send electronic ones formatted as version 5.03 through operators of electronic document management.
