Pu Chun investigated the party building and service management work of online delivery workers in Beijing

The officials visited Beijing New Area Market for Import and Export, Live Broadcast Base, and Lychee House to learn about market party building and new employment group "Friendly Market" construction. They met with merchants and delivery personnel on site and held a meeting to hear opinions and suggestions from platform enterprises such as Meituan, Momo, Shanshun, Dada, and Xunlian, as well as local street parties and the Beibei Group.

Meng Chun, Deputy Director of the Market Supervision Bureau, pointed out that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee made important deployments on supporting and regulating the development of new employment forms, exploring ways to strengthen new economic organizations, new social organizations, and new employment groups. The party building construction work is a key area.

Meng Chun emphasized that it's essential to improve political positioning from a global perspective, recognizing the significance of addressing the challenges faced by delivery personnel in entering, resting, and dining during the day. To achieve this, platform enterprises should strengthen their main responsibility, create convenient channels for group complaints and feedback, increase protection and affection intensity, and promote high-quality development of the platform economy.
