Pskov Ombudsman Dmitry Shakhov took part in a meeting of the regional board of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

The meeting participants included regional executive authorities, judicial and law enforcement officials, as well as members of the Public Council at the Pskov Oblast's Interior Ministry." The situation with human rights remained stable, with a slight decrease in intentional bodily harm incidents. However, IT-related crimes increased by 42.1% and accounted for 45.9% of all criminal offenses in the region, causing nearly 670 million rubles in damage.
