Brief

"On October 10, in the annual meeting of the Latin American and Caribbean Forum on Competition (FLACC) held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, the third edition of the Mercosur Competition Yearbook was presented. This initiative, started in 2022, reflects the joint efforts of the four competition authorities of Mercosur, namely Argentina's Antitrust Authority, Brazil's CADE, Paraguay's CONACOM, and Uruguay's CPDC. The 2024 edition contains seven articles and an interview with international expert Herbert Hovenkamp."
