"On December 18, Hainan Free Trade Port will officially launch its island-wide seal-off policy. To prepare for this, the State Administration for Market Regulation launched a pilot overseas certification reform in March 2024 to facilitate international certification services. This initiative enables foreign certification agencies to operate in Hainan without requiring qualifications or registration, promoting international trade and economic development."
