"On Tuesday, January 4, 2025, the National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL) authorized the opening of two Public Consultations to discuss the Periodic Review of the Annual Revenue Allowed (RAP) of 33 energy transmission companies. The CP017/2025 refers to licensed enterprises and CP016/2025 is related to contracts resulting from desverticalization, following Law No. 10,848/2004. Proposals aim to evaluate income items and associated revenues for reinforcements and improvements made upon regulation or specific authorization."
