[붙임 1] 기업 및 연구기관 등은 법적상태정보를 활용하여 특허에 대한 체계적 관리와 특허 분쟁에 대한 선제적 대응 등을 할 수 있어, 이번에 개방되는 법적상태정보가 지식재산 경쟁력 강화를 위한 중요한 자원이 될 것으로 기대된다.<인공지능 학습용 데이터 7종, 일본 특허공보 한글 번역문도 순차 개방 예정> 특허청은 민간의 지식재산 활용을 촉진하기 위해 다양한 데이터를 개방하고 있다. 올해는 권리자 변동 정보를 비롯한 7종*을 개방하였고, 내년에는 수요가 높은 인공지능 학습용 특허 데이터 7종과 일본 특허공보의 한글 번역문 1종을 순차적으로 대민에 공개할 예정이다. * 표준화 특허공보 DB(4월), 권리자변동정보 DB 3종(5월), 중국 특허 한글번역문 DB(9월), 특허협력조약-한국형 분류코드 연계 DB(10월), 법적상태정보 국제표준 DB(12월) 특허정보활용서비스(KIPRISplus)는 특허청이 운영하는 공공 데이터 개방 플랫폼으로, 국내·외 13개국에서 발간한 지식재산권(특허, 실용신안, 상표, 디자인) 공보*와 특허 행정정보 등 총 126종의 데이터 상품을 파일 또는 공개 API(Open API**) 형태로 개방하고 있다.
