Brief

"On 25/11/2024, the Bank of France issued an update regarding Ouest-France: “France has been living beyond its means for too long”. According to Governor François Villeroy de Galhau, the country's economy is experiencing a growth slowdown, with a 0.2% quarterly and 1% annual growth rate. Despite this, inflation has decreased significantly, from over 7% in early 2023 to below 2%, allowing for lower interest rates."
