Optical fiber – The Council of State validates Arcep’s decision sanctioning Orange for non-compliance with its deployment commitments in the AMII zone

"On November 7, 2023, the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal and Print Media Distribution (ARCEP) issued a sanction of €26 million against Orange for non-compliance with its deployment commitments in the AMII zone. The Council of State validated ARCEP's decision on October 28, 2024, affirming that Orange's engagements were clear enough to be reasonably sanctions."
