On 13/03/2025, the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal and Print Media Distribution (ARCEP) issued an update regarding Optical fiber - Commissioning costs for final fiber optic connections (FttH) in very dense areas: the Paris Court of Appeal fully confirms Arcep's decision. The court upheld the decision to modify the fact-generating mechanism for restitution contributions from the date of line resiliation, rather than reconnection by a new operator.
