"On April 8, 2025, the European Data Protection Board issued Opinion 5/2025 on the draft decision of the Finnish Supervisory Authority regarding the Processor Binding Corporate Rules of the Nokia Group. The opinion concludes that the draft BCR-P of the Nokia Group contains appropriate safeguards to ensure the level of protection of natural persons guaranteed by the GDPR is not undermined when personal data is transferred and processed by group members in third countries."
