On April 12, 2023, the Federal Trade Commission issued an update regarding Operator of Ganadores Ecommerce and Real Estate Business Opportunity Scam Faces Lifetime Ban as a Result of FTC Action. Robert Shemin, the operator of the Ganadores scam, will be banned from marketing or selling any business coaching on ecommerce or real estate, and required to turn over funds for refunds to consumers, following a Federal Trade Commission lawsuit.
