" On May 2025, the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) received a notification from the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina, requesting analysis of Havan's practice under the General Law of Personal Data Protection (LGPD). The ANPD issued a preventive measure to suspend temporarily the video promotion on social media, citing risks related to exposure of children and adolescents' images."
