"On 29/11/2024, the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) issued an update regarding OIV transparency certifications, from 2 December indication of detected non-compliances. The conclusion of monitoring also applies to cases of partial fulfillment of publication obligations by 30 November. As per the President's Act on June 1, 2024, on 2 December 2024, it is possible to conclude the monitoring phase even in cases of partial compliance with publication obligations."
