"On 20/02/2025, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner issued an update regarding OAIC accepts Oxfam Australia enforceable undertaking. The Privacy Commissioner Carly Kind accepted an enforceable undertaking offered by Oxfam Australia (Oxfam) following a data breach in January 2021, which resulted in the loss of up to 1.7 million Oxfam records, without finding any breach of the Privacy Act or Australian Privacy Principles."
