"On April 22, 2025, the National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) issued an update regarding New regulations on expiration dates for imported medical products. The new regulation specifies that imported medical products with a shelf life less than six months will not be allowed to enter the country, unless they have been approved by the National Institute of Medical Products or are sterile devices intended for single use."
