New joint normative instruction expands access to the Fala.br platform and reinforces legal certainty

On March 10, 2025, the Comptroller General of Brazil published a joint normative instruction in the Official Gazette of the Union. The instruction establishes a new model for voluntary adhesion to the Integrated Platform of Ouvidoria and Access to Information - Fala.BR, formalizing a new term of adherence that can be signed by entities outside the Federal Executive Power (including all organs and entities from other powers and levels of government).
