"On November 18, 2024, a Portaria Interministerial was published, establishing the National Bioeconomy Commission (CNBio). The CNBio's primary mission is to develop and monitor the implementation of the National Plan for Bioeconomy Development, aligning actions to strengthen bioeconomy in Brazil. " "Representatives from government, civil society, business sector, and academia will comprise the commission, with a rotating presidency among three ministries."
