On August 20, 2025, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) established a strategic partnership to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities (PCDs) and rehabilitated workers. The initiative aims to facilitate compliance with Law No. 8,213/1991, which requires companies to reserve quotas for PCDs. This partnership involves sharing data between the INSS and the National Employment System (SINE), managed by MTE, allowing workers to receive job alerts through their digital work card.
