MPF reiterates recommendation to the INSS to expand security in the payroll discount

"On 25/04/2025, the Federal Public Ministry (Ministério Público Federal – MPF) issued an update regarding "MPF reiterates recommendation to the INSS to expand security in the payroll discount". The MPF reiterated its February recommendation for the Instituto Nacional de Seguridade Social (INSS) to implement a new layer of security in contracting empréstimo consignado loans, now also including descontos de mensalidades associativas.
