"On 26/11/2024, the Federal Public Ministry (Ministério Público Federal – MPF) issued an update regarding MPF obtains conviction for fraud in bidding for school works in Iguaí (BA). The decision condened Ronaldo Moitinho dos Santos and Edineide Lousado de Almeida for practicing a series of ilegalities in processos licitatórios, including fracionamento ilícito de licitações and aglutinação fraudulenta de fases dos procedimentos.
