Ministerial Decree No. 160: Guidelines for Integrated Social Care and Personalized Projects for Disadvantaged Individuals

Summary:

The Italian Minister of Labor and Social Policies has issued Decree n. 160 on December 29, 2023, which approves the Guidelines for the identification of founding elements, integrated social support, and personalized projects for people in disadvantaged conditions, as defined in Article 3, paragraph 5 of Decree 154/2023 implementing the Inclusion Allowance. The Guidelines intend to provide a preliminary treatment of the founding elements and personalized projects to ensure the correct placement of beneficiaries within one or more disadvantaged categories. The Decree has been made available for consultation and is currently being transmitted to control bodies for checks on competence. The Ministry has also attached the attestation forms for disadvantage and program insertion for individuals in PDF and Word formats.
