On December 27, 2024, the Milleproroghe Decree 2024 was published in the Official Gazette. The decree introduces several extensions and changes to labor-related terms: the use of flexible work contracts is extended until December 31, 2025, and public administrations are limited to three-year recruitment periods from 2025 onwards, among other measures.
