The Comitu00ea Nacional de Educau00e7u00e3o e Cultura em Direitos Humanos was established through a decree signed by the President of Brazil, Luiz Inu00e1cio Lula da Silva, and the Minister of Human Rights and Citizenship, Silvio Almeida.
