(PPEI) and its president, Kory B. Willis, who were sentenced for violating the Clean Air Act by tampering with emissions control systems of diesel trucks. PPEI was ordered to pay $1.55 million in criminal fines, and Willis received a 10-month home confinement sentence as part of a three-year term of probation."
