Investigation which was conducted about Certain Undertakings Due To Gentlemen’s Agreements in the Labor Market Concluded

A competition investigation was conducted to determine whether companies in the labor market had violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition, specifically by entering into gentlemen's agreements. The investigation concluded that 9 companies (Egem Bilgi, Ericsson, Etiya, Innova, i2i, Netau00c5u0178, Pia, Turkcell, and 7 others) had indeed violated Article 4 by participating in anticompetitive agreements and were imposed administrative fines. On the other hand, the investigation found that 11 companies (4S, Akgu00c3u00bcn, Amdcs, Argela, Cmodo, Fnet, Inspirit, Kale, Kalitte, Magis, and Netrd) had not violated Article 4, and therefore, no administrative fines were imposed. The decision is subject to review before Ankara Administrative Courts within 60 days.
