Investigation Opened Into The Provision Of Feed In Return For Milk

"On 05/24/2023, the Competition Board decided to open an investigation into Ak Gıda San. ve Tic. AŞ and other undertakings operating in dairy production and sales for violating article 4 of the Act by exerting pressure on livestock enterprises through a feed-for-milk practice. The decision also imposed interim measures to prevent quantity and brand forcing until the final decision is made."
