Brief
On May 22, 2025, the Turkish Competition Board concluded a preliminary inquiry into allegations that seven undertakings operating in the field crops seed sector had violated Article 4 of the Act No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition by allocating territories/customers and exchanging competitively sensitive information. The Board deemed the evidence significant and sufficient to warrant an investigation, which has been initiated against Corteva Turkey Tohumculuk AŞ and six other undertakings.
