Brief
On February 20, 2025, the Competition Board decided to launch an investigation on OPET for allegedly violating Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition. The investigation will examine whether OPET's vertical agreements, including non-compete obligations, exceeded the five-year limit regulated in the Block Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements, no 2002/2.
